Electric Powered Bicycles and Motor Scooters

Electric powered bicycles come in two distinct types. The most popular type looks like a typical gas-powered motor scooter but gets all of its power from an electric motor located in the drive wheel. The second type looks more like a bicycle and can either be powered by the battery, pedaling or used as a pedal-assisted hybrid.

eCruizer has one of the broadest ranges of electric bicycles on the market; from the sporty Mountain Bike and Road Bike to the very popular business commuters. These vehicles travel up to 70 miles on a single charge. Most models have lithium Ion batteries that are much lighter, last longer and charge faster than lead batteries. Their light weight and smaller size makes them easy to remove and can be carried into your home, office or apartment for recharging. eCruizer’s line of scooters are completely electric powered and require no pedaling. They are simple to operate and require very little maintenance. eCruizer scooters travel up to thirty-five miles on a single charge at spped of 15 to 35 miles. They all come with a one year warranty on the battery and the motor and can be maintained in our shop for as long as you own your eCruizer (parts not included). Our electric motor scooters come in several styles including, the Sport, the Commuter, the Retro and the Hybrid. Limited Warranty

eCruizer offers one of the best limited warranties in the industry. If for any reason you are unhappy with our product in the first 7 days you can return it to our California location for a full refund of the purchase price minus a restocking fee of 30%. The bike must be returned in “as new” condition. The motor is guaranteed from defect for one year and the battery for three months from the date of purchase.

Battery and Electrical Warranty

All of our lead-acid and lithium batteries have a 3 months even trade warranty. If your battery fails for any reason within the first 3 months from the shipping date we will exchange it for a new one. The buyer is responsible for returning the battery to our California location. If the battery is determined to be defective then eCruizer will send you a new one at our expense.

If the motor fails within the first year from the shipping date you can return it to our California location and we will send you a new one at our expense.

Damage on Arrival

We pre-assemble every electronic bicycle, inspect for damage and test to make sure everything is working properly. However, we realize that sometimes shipping damage can occur. Please inspect your shipment on arrival. If you find there is any damage or that parts are missing please note it on the delivery documents. Then, within 24 hours, please notify our customer service desk at (626) 755-4535. Photographs are always helpful in recovering damages.
